Welcome to Huduum.in, an online clothing store operated by EXIM INDIA APPARELS ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.huduum.in (the "Site") and any services provided through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

  • Products: We sell western wear including t-shirts, shirts, jeans, pants, hoodies, trousers, dresses, tops, and innerwear such as lingerie, babydoll, men's and women's innerwear. All products are subject to availability.
  • Pricing: Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Orders: Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors. You agree to provide accurate information for orders.
  • Payment: Accepted via secure methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking). Full payment is required upfront.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, descriptions, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

4. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
