Cancellation and Returns Policy for Huduum.in

Huduum.in, operated by EXIM INDIA APPARELS, values your satisfaction. This policy covers cancellations and returns for our clothing products, including western wear and innerwear.

Cancellations

• Before Shipment: You may cancel within 24 hours of order placement by emailing huduumindia@gmail.com. Full refund if not processed.
• After Shipment: Cancellations not possible; refer to returns.

Returns

• Eligibility: 7-day return window for damaged or defective products only (e.g., manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped). Returns for change of mind, size, or color are not accepted, except as required by law.
• Innerwear Specific: Hygiene reasons prevent returns on used/opened lingerie, babydoll, or innerwear unless defective and unopened.
• Process:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and issue description/photos.
  2. If approved, return the product in original packaging to our address (shipping cost borne by you unless our fault).
  3. Upon inspection, refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days (minus any deductions).
• Non-Returnable: Customized items, undergarments (if used), or items damaged by you.

Refunds

• Processed after receipt and verification.
• Original shipping fees non-refundable; return shipping may be reimbursed if our error.

Exchanges

• For size/color issues due to our error, we offer exchanges subject to availability.
