This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms when you place an order on huduum.in.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once an order is successfully placed, it typically takes:
• 1 to 3 business days for processing and packing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and festivals.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
After processing, delivery timelines vary based on your location:
• Metro Cities: 3 to 7 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4 to 10 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Festivals or holidays
• Operational restrictions
Huduum is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
• Delivery location
• Order value
• Promotional offers
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• Tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Tracking link (if available)
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect.
5. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Huduum is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Incomplete address details
• Incorrect contact number
• Recipient unavailability
If the parcel is returned due to such reasons, reshipping charges may apply.
6. COURIER PARTNERS
• We ship orders via trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, etc.
• Courier partner may vary based on pincode serviceability.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & PARTIAL COD
We offer:
• Partial COD (Preferred Method)
• Full COD (Limited Availability)
Partial COD: Customer pays a small advance amount online to confirm the order. The remaining balance is paid at delivery to the courier.
Benefits of Partial COD:
• Reduces fake / return-to-origin orders
• Faster dispatch priority
• Ensures genuine order intent
Important Notes:
• Advance amount is non-refundable in case of non-acceptance at delivery.
• If the customer refuses delivery, the order will be cancelled and the advance amount will be treated as a cancellation penalty.
• Partial COD availability depends on pincode.
• Full COD may not be available on all products.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within India.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered but not received, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Order ID
• Tracking ID
• Photos (if damaged)
We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
10. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
• Courier companies generally make 2 to 3 delivery attempts.
• If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to origin.
• In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
