Huduum offers multiple secure payment options to make shopping easy and convenient for our customers on huduum.in.

1. ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS

We support secure online payments through:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)

• Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

• Net Banking (All major banks)

• Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

• EMI / PayLater (If supported by gateway)

All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

2. PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (PARTIAL COD)

We offer Partial COD where:

• Customer pays a small advance amount online to confirm the order.

• Remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.

Benefits of Partial COD:

• Faster processing

• Reduced fake/denied COD orders

• Priority dispatch

Note:

• Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses the order at delivery.

• Partial COD availability depends on location/pincode.

3. FULL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Full COD may be available on select orders and locations.
Additional COD handling fees may apply (if enabled).

Note:

• COD may not be available during special sales, discounts, or on selected products.

• Orders with repeated COD refusal may be restricted from COD in future.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

• Huduum does not store or process card details directly.

• All payments are encrypted and handled by secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

• Customer financial information remains protected at all times.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

• For prepaid orders: confirmation is instant.

• For Partial COD: order is confirmed only after advance payment.

• For Full COD: confirmation depends on pincode verification.

6. REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS

Refunds are processed as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refund method depends on payment mode:

• Prepaid orders → original payment method

• COD orders → Bank account transfer or wallet (as applicable)
